    For a chain restaurant you probably can't do much better. barbecue chicken is awesome the steaks are freshly grilled and are nice cuts of beef. Staff seems to be upbeat and happy to help. The veggies were fresh and the salad was crisp. Also don't forget to go to town on those rolls they give you. Those rolls and butter are absolutely amazing!

    Seriously amazing. BBQ ribs were moist, bread insanely tasty, and service was awesome (thanks Joe!). Good atmosphere and the prices weren't too bad. Only down side is the long wait. Great job chain!

    Expect it to be crowded on a Friday evening but call ahead and it's fine. Was seated within a few minutes. Wait was short. Food came out quickly. Wait staff was very nice. Food was good and hot.

    Great steakhouse at an very reasonable price! You have to try the signature Cactus Bloom (fried onions slivers) and the juicy and perfectly cooked ribs. Come hungry because the portion sizes are generous and the buns and peanuts in the beginning are irresistible. There's a lot of parking and seating but plan your arrival time carefully because the waiting line does get very long and people like it enjoy their meals slowly.

    We had the best server named Rachel. Everything we ordered was great. They give plenty of food and the drinks were good. They give you warm rolls as you are seated. Rachel came by several times to see if we needed anything. I've been here several times and always had a great experience.
